How it works

After purchase, we will be in touch to provide you with a link to your personal Google Drive folder where you can upload your footage. Your coach reviews, records the coaching video, and builds your documents from the analysis transcript. Everything lands in your delivery folder within 3 working days. The PDF is yours to keep, share with your coach, and take to every training session for as long as you're working on this prescription.

Please note that you must have your swimming stroke video recorded or pre-arranged by your Coach or Daniel Rodgers before making a purchase.
