Technique-only coaching still includes all the features in your monthly plan. The structure makes it easy to discuss each session so I can provide targeted feedback that strengthens your understanding and development. Technique coaching is about clear communication—the more feedback you share after each session, the more precisely I can prescribe drills, cues and progressions tailored to you.
This is high-contact coaching. Whether you’re a high-performance athlete, training for your first open-water swim, or learning to swim, your program is built specifically around you.
We tailor your training to your lifestyle and needs. We can work directly with your coach/squad to integrate the best feedback and training prescription into your plan.
If you’re a triathlete, we’ve found the best results when a dedicated coach prescribes your running and riding while we manage the swimming. Physiological notes from your coach—training intensities and adaptation focus—are especially useful for coordinating your swim work.
If your out-of-pool training is intense, this is a great opportunity to condition your stroke for pace yield without worrying about general fitness.Great—we love working with dedicated athletes. No matter how many events you have coming up, we’ll shape your program to manage every goal, then use your feedback and race performances to refine the next block so you have the best chance to succeed.
Testing is prescribed to match your goals. We assess knowledge and understanding, physiological adaptation, event readiness, technique conditioning, and in-water strength and conditioning. Using your feedback, times and set type, we determine where you are now and exactly what changes will move you forward.
Yes—20% off when you pay and enrol annually. That’s just under three months of coaching free across the year. Get in touch to arrange an annual subscription.
Monthly: you can cancel up to 7 days after your monthly start date. If you cancel after 7 days, your plan continues until the day before the next month would begin.
Annual: the same timing applies. If you cancel, you’ll receive a 70% refund on the remaining unused months, calculated at the annual plan’s monthly rate.
