After you have had your swimming stroke video recorded during your swimming squad session, you will receive a short 5 - 10-minute video overview of your swimming technique, with on-screen instructions to address your top focus areas.
Please note that you must have your swimming stroke video recorded or pre-arranged by your Coach or Daniel Rodgers before making a purchase.
If you don't have your swimming stroke video recorded, you can request a visit to your swim squad from Daniel Rodgers, via your swimming coach, or book in for a one-on-one session with Daniel via the One-On-One coaching page.
