Your training program is delivered using Training Peaks to help you stay on track and keep in touch online and via the app.

Online coaching focuses on swimming technique development, race/goal-specific skills, and training physiology.

Online coaching includes access to tailored practice resources as needed and video review of your swimming practice or racing.

Adaptation cycles are 3 - 4 week training blocks; we use them to structure and assess your training. They are designed to progressively load the body to become accustomed to a particular exercise or training style.

Each swim set is written specifically for you. Swim sets are designed to target your specific training needs to maximise your development towards your swimming goals.  

Targeted Swim Sets 

Effective training is more than just hard work in the water. Your training program will include exercises to develop critical skills and condition your swimming to become efficient and effective.
